Late minute posters (can not be mentioned in the printed program) are accommodated if possible.

Accomodation

The conference fee will cover all organizing costs, the accommodation in single or double rooms with bathroom, full board, welcome cocktail, a half-day excursion, the banquet and refreshments (coffee, soft drinks and cakes) during the Meeting. Possible ways of supporting students are under consideration.

475 € (regular participant; accomodation in a single room depending on availability)

315 € (PhD students and post-doc fellows; accommodated in a double room)
