Pi Mathematical Constant

Pi is a mathematical constant and implemented as a UniqueConstant. Its numerical value is 3.14159265359 [Cohen/Cvitas/etal_2007] (p.112). As such, it is a PureNumber.

The constant should be used as a macro Pi:

PureNumber pi;
pi = PI; // assigns the value of pi to variable pi
Pi is a Loki::Singleton, defined in namespace pi.
