Zero of Celsius Scale Fundamental Physical Constant

ZeroOfCelsiusScale is a natural constant and implemented as a UniqueConstant. Its value is defined [Cohen/Cvitas/etal_2007] (p.111) to 273.15 K. As such, it is a ThermodynamicTemperature.

The constant should be used as a macro ZEROOFCELSIUSSCALE:

ThermodynamicTemperature temp;
temp = ZEROOFCELSIUSSCALE;
ZeroOfCelsiusScale is a Loki::Singleton, defined in namespace zeroOfCelsiusScale. The zeroOfCelsiusScale::Quantity is a typedef to thermodynamicTemperature::Quantity, and does incorporate all features of a thermodynamic temperature.
