Molar Gas Constant Fundamental Physical Constant

GasConstant is a natural constant and implemented as a UniqueConstant. Its value is determined [Cohen/Cvitas/etal_2007] (p.111).

The dimension of GasConstant is $(2, 1, -2, 0, -1, -1, 0)$ .

The constant should be used as a macro GASCONSTANT:

std::cout << " R = " << GASCONSTANT << std::endl;   // prints the gas constant

GasConstant is a Loki::Singleton, defined in namespace gasConstant.
